We’ve created a local investor’s club for landlords and investors to find resources, have discussions, find potential projects and deals, and discover news updates.

Many landlords and investors are feeling a little lost right now – with the pandemic causing confusion among what landlords and tenants can and can’t do right now, along with the rules and regulations changing so regularly for landlords, we want to give all the help we can.

Which is why we’ve created a group on Facebook to bring investors in Bromley, Sidcup and Chislehurst together and find resources, have discussions, find potential new projects, and understand the rules and laws surrounding their business.

This group is called Bromley, Sidcup and Chislehurst Landlord Group and is designed to be friendly, fun and informative!

Please join if you are:
·      a landlord
·      a property investor
·      thinking of investing
·      flipping houses
·      or wanting to know more about any of the above.

We’re here to help and hope this can be a safe and informative space for many people locally! If you have any questions, let us know!
